Fredrik joined the Tikkurila family in January 2019. He previously worked in a media agency planning customers' media strategies and tactics.
At Tikkurila, he is positively surprised by the versatility of his work, the entire company and its operations.
“Great number of products and shades, tinting, certificates, ecolabels, R&D, legal aspects, consumer and b-to-b business, different kinds of distribution, etc. There are so many different aspects in my work that I never get bored”, Fredrik laughs.
Fredrik’s favourite Beckers product is the new Mood Care Wall paint. He was involved in the project from the beginning, from the approval of the business plan to the launch of the product.
“I am particularly pleased with the design we created together with the team and the design agency. The paint is also Beckers' first bio-based interior wall paint. And there will be more bio-based paints in the future”, Fredrik promises.
What motivates you at work?
”I have to say it is my team and my colleagues because it is the collaboration that makes it all happen, and also co-operation with our four markets. Versatility of tasks motivates, too. I very much enjoy seeing that what we have produced centrally find its place in our local shops, online, etc.”
