Tikkurila Oy to change company name to Tikkurila Oyj

Tikkurila’s shares are expected to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki in March 2010. Therefore, Tikkurila Oy will change its company name to Tikkurila Oyj as of February 17, 2010. The change of the company name will be registered in the Finnish Trade Register.

The company name ("Tikkurila Oyj") is written with the national abbreviation for company form  ("Oyj") attached to the name, and it should not be translated into English.

The change of the name does not have an impact on Tikkurila's Business Identity Code (0197067-4).
