Financial results of Tikkurila and Kemira Oyj in 2009

Good results in Tikkurila and Kemira in 2009 as well as the positive market outlook are basis for the Board of Directors to propose to the Annual General Meeting that 86% of the shares of Tikkurila be distributed as dividend to Kemira’s shareholders.
