Share Capital

Pursuant to the Articles of Association of Tikkurila, its issued share capital may not be less than EUR 35,000,000 nor more than EUR 140,000,000. Tikkurila’s issued share capital may be increased or decreased within these limits without amending its Articles of Association. Under the Articles of Association of Tikkurila, the number of Shares may not be less than 1,000,000 nor more than 100,000,000. The Shares have no nominal value. Tikkurila has one series of shares.

Each Share entitles its holder to one vote at the general meetings of shareholders of Tikkurila.
