Management

In accordance with the Companies’ Act, responsibility for control and governance is divided between the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Director and the CEO.

The Board of Directors elects the CEO, whose function is to ensure the smooth governance of the company in accordance with guidelines and regulations issued by the Board.

Tikkurila Management Board’s responsibility is to assist and support the CEO in decision-making related to matters within the authority of the CEO.
