As of December 31, 2009, Tikkurila changed its organization and reporting structure to reflect the new geographic division and to improve its customer service and operational efficiency.

The new organizational structure helps Tikkurila to act as one unified Tikkurila and improve its customer focus. Customers are the centre of Tikkurila’s operations and are divided into three different segments: consumers, professionals and industry. Tikkurila’s strategic business units are the East, Finland, Scandinavia and Central Eastern Europe.
